Graphics at Animators at Law
Animators at Law's core service is assisting litigators
explain difficult concepts to judges and jurors through the use of
litigation graphics and trial technology. Our talent and experience
enables us to provide services that range from simply delivering your
message with digital trial technology to designing your presentation
from the ground up based on little more than your pleadings. We do
both everyday for up to three-quarters of the top law firms, nationwide.
Litigation graphics are a powerful means for communicating complex
concepts or even dry material. Well-designed litigation graphics increase
judge and juror comprehension drmatically. Jurors retain about 20%
of the content of evidence presented from oral testimony alone. But
when oral testimony is combined with illustrative demonstrative evidence,
such as graphs, pictures or blow-ups of documents, jurors can retain
up to 80% of the evidence being offered
Litigation graphics can be either printed and mounted for a dramtic
courtroom presence or presented electronically using customized software
or off the shelf software such as Sanction, Trial Director, or even
PowerPoint. We routinely create a mix of print and electronic exhibits
for large trials to keep printing costs down and to more fully engage
judges and jurors.

Animators can help you form a strategy for the presentation of litigation
graphics. We can help you decide how simple or complex your presentation
should be, as well as the best ways to utilize effective imagery,
language and color. Determining the type of media that will be used
bears heavily on the graphic development process. For example, the
design of static exhibits differs from the design of an interactive
piece. Although we routinely design for multiple applications, we
can save you time and money by addressing these issues prior to development.
